Orbofi is currently the largest repository of smart and productive AI clones, and the next step is to become the way humans in the 21st century create their personalized online robots with familiar voices and personalities. We're looking for a Head of Growth who’s not just experienced but someone who has lived and breathed growth hacking and that have, grown and managed millions of users
A growth-obsessed marketer who has previously scaled user acquisition through creative, viral, and data-driven strategies.
A natural problem solver who loves the challenge of taking something small and making it BIG.
A retention wizard—someone who knows how to engage users, keep them coming back, and build a loyal, active community.
Passionate about short-form videos, social media trends, and viral content that makes users share, tag, and come back for more.
A master of experimentation—you thrive on rapid testing and iteration until you crack the code for growth.
Lead the onboarding of millions of people from around the world to AI cloning and personalized and productive AI companions
Own the entire growth funnel—from acquisition and activation to retention and referral.
Design and execute creative viral campaigns that bring in high-quality, engaged users.
Scale ad campaigns from scratch
Use short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) to create buzz and drive growth.
Analyze data, optimize conversion rates, and increase retention metrics to drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to align growth efforts with product innovations.
Stay on top of social media and growth trends to fuel viral growth strategies.
Be relentless about A/B testing, optimizing funnels, and exploring new growth channels.
Manage budgets for growth experiments, influencer marketing, and paid ads, ensuring a high ROI.
3-5+ years in a growth hacking or similar role, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
Proven experience in scaling products (with metrics to prove it).
Strong understanding of viral marketing, retention strategies, and growth hacking techniques.
A track record of taking apps from from scratch to large-scale user acquisition (bonus points if you've hit 500K+ users!).
Expertise in short-form video content and social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
Highly creative with a deep understanding of human psychology in growth strategies.
Data-driven mindset with a knack for using numbers to drive strategy and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
