The Orbofi Metaverse - A 3-layer economy

Land mechanics

There are a total of 400k land parcels that can be minted per chain adapted which will then form multi-chain hexagonal globes. Each globe lives independently on its own chain, but all rely on the same compute and storage infrastructure. Chapter 1 only unlocks 5% of the total land; Chapter 2 will only unlock once all Chapter 1 lands have been claimed and built out by people, communities, and brands.
The land unlock will happen periodically over 10 years, until all globes have been minted on different blockchains

Sister Lands

Every land parcel on a given EVM blockchain has sister lands living on other globes on the other blockchains; these have the same Axial coordinates.
For example, let's say you have a single land parcel on Ethereum, and its coordinates are [-50, 50]. Since the same map/globe and coordinates system are deployed on all 3 chains - each having the same characteristics, but each with its own stories, communities and economies - you would have 2 sister lands: 1 on Polygon and 1 on Avalanche, but both with the same [-50, 50] coordinates.
In the case above, as a land owner on Ethereum, you would be able to claim the community tokens (cNFTs) of your 2 sister lands for free, and vice versa: your 2 sister lands would be able to claim your community token for free and access your virtual world.
Lands as ERC721
Every hexagonal piece of virtual land that forms the Orbofi metaverse is a non-fungible token (ERC721 token) deployable on EVM blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, or Avalanche) that cryptographically proves the uniqueness and ownership of the land by its creators.
Orbofi utilizes a multi-chain model, not a cross-chain model, where every globe on a given EVM blockchain lives and grows independently
The Community Virtual Land is the metaverse layer that hosts its community, its people, the scenes that create virtual experiences, and the collectibles and objects that populate its space.
Both single individuals and communities can own and build on their own virtual lands.
The Orbofi thesis is based on the fact that the internet economy will transition into a more immersive state; there is a need for an inclusive land system that organically grows as the demand increases. Orbofi utilizes a self-sustaining and self-producing mechanism that fuels supply-demand growth but that places focus on quality of experiences populating its virtual world.
People and communities may favor and form a certain blockchain over the others, thus expanding that virtual land living on that chain faster than other sister lands on other chains

Types of Lands

Every parcel of land gets 6 neighbors and an axial coordinate system

Orbofi virtual land utilizes a hexagonal map, enabling every parcel of land to get six neighbors, which positively increases the dynamics and traction between neighboring communities and people populating/building their plots of lands as their own virtual worlds.
